I hope this establishment uses this review constructively to better their service. I've been here multiple times and will give the extra stars for the store side, but unfortunately the deli and hot food part of the store will take a big hit for me. They will have you standing at their counter for 15-30 minutes or more for a plate of cooked food, they will literally walk past you and completely not acknowledge in English or Spanish you or ask for a minute to finish a task. I’ve been at their counter and seen four workers at a time, I wouldn’t be surprised if sales are down in this department.

Winn Dixie is always has great deals, BOGOs! Store has a strange smell to it. Cashier today was Samantha, she was nice however chewing her gum open mouthed was not pleasant and her pace was extremely slow.

First of all, masks are not required as it is not enforced my management and/or security.

This location is closest to my house and we visit frequently due to location. Most of the time, customer service is excellent, but there are times where it is non-existent, specially with young stock clerks where they are not paying attention to customers on their aisles searching for goods and assistance is not offered.

One area which requires attention is the Deli section. "Patience is a virtue" they say, but when you are the only person waiting to be served and not acknowledge for exactly '12 minutes' (timed), there is something wrong. Now, on this particular day, there were two or three other gentlemen having discussions with the ladies (who they were I have no idea), but during this time, my presence was not acknowledge. Gave up and too my business to Publix!

Good regular grocery. Prices are more than competitive. Love their BOGOs! (Buy one get one free). Terrific sales on meats, though many are not rated. They even have a "dollar" aisle that is competitive with Dollar Tree.
