Proper House creates unique concepts and this family friendly spot is a great find for entertainment for date night or family time. There is a private party room but outside of that it’s mostly an outdoor space with shuffle board, corn hole and other yard games. Order food and drink at the walk up counter and wait for your name to be called. The burgers were good and the beverage program sufficient but missing n/a hemp bevs. The staff were lovely and the shake thick with burgers cooked to the desired temp. Thanks for the reusable plastic pint glass too. Great touch and sustainable.

Nebraska Mini Mart in Tampa is a fantastic neighborhood gem! From the moment you arrive, the laid-back vibe and friendly staff make you feel right at home.

The food is absolutely incredible. Whether you’re grabbing one of their perfectly cooked burgers, delicious fried chicken sandwiches, or loaded fries, every bite is packed with flavor. The outdoor seating area is cozy and perfect for enjoying your meal. They’ve created a space that’s not just about great food but also about community.

On top of the amazing menu, the service is quick, and the staff is always welcoming. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual lunch or dinner, Nebraska Mini Mart is the kind of place you’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere!

Being another concept by Proper House Group, this place was on my radar for quite a while. This has to be one of the most intriguing things that is happening in this area along Nebraska Ave.

The burger is as good as it can be without being a smash burger, the burger sauce is amazing and everything was seasoned so well, which is expected from a PHG concept. The fries were surprisingly good as well, they are coated and are very crisp and craggly on the outside, but still fluffy inside. The strawberry shake was incredible, it had small chunks of strawberry which made it texturally pleasing.

The bocce courts were maintained and nice to play on, a great spot for a few friends to get some grub and hang. The property is huge and I can’t wait to see how this does in the future.

We came to Nebraska Mini Mart for a private event and really enjoyed our time. Nebraska Mini Mart serves burgers, chicken tenders, fries, and milkshakes. They have a super simple menu, but everything we tried was delicious.

We tried their cheeseburger and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy. I enjoyed them with a side of ranch and fries. The fries were sooo good, they were the perfect crispness and not greasy. My fiancé thoroughly enjoyed their cheeseburger. We tried their chocolate shakes for a dessert, they were made to order and they tasted delicious!

The service was quick and attentive. The staff quickly picked up any garbage and left the place spotless. They also had nice, clean bathrooms. We didn’t get to try their outdoor games, but everyone there enjoyed them. It’s definitely a great spot for a chill evening with friends and family.

Have been keen to stop and have lunch here, as the hubs loves smash burgers, and we finally got a chance to do so for lunch today!

We were very happy we did - great environment, played a game of cornhole while siting for food (hubs smoked me!) and would love to come back for table tennis and bocce ball.

The food was just as good as the environment - the burger was delish, the tenders juicy and flavorful, and the strawberry shake hit the spot! The seasoned fries were also yummy, and I could see the loaded fries being crave-able!

We’ll be back for sure!!

Went there only for the burger of the month! I've had the doubles cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich so this trip it was all about this garlicky sensation called the Steak Frites Burger aka BOM burger of the month. This was a garlic butter basted burger topped with Parmesan frites, roasted garlic herb aioli, fontina cheese with a red onion jam?. First thoughts was I wonder if the garlic would be too powerful and it totally wasn't. Each bite had blend of flavors that were enjoyable. The burger as always was juicy with every bite and the side of fries season and fried to perfection. I can't wait to see what the BOM is for February. Shake of month i didn't try but it was a caramelized banana milkshake with a cinnamon caramelized banana. Dont forget to check out the games while you wait for your delicious order to be prepared. They have shuffleboard, ping pong and bocce. If it is too hot you can enjoy indoor seating or enjoy the breeze on the patio

Definitely lives up to the hype! Burger is simple and perfect, fries are fresh and crispy, and the milk shake was delicious. Great outdoor atmosphere for families! And dog friendly! Will be back!

What a great place! We went to play Bocce Ball and enjoyed dinner and drinks. The food was great, the service was great, and we had a lot of fun. There's indoor seating if you prefer or tables and chairs by the Bocce Ball, Shuffleboard, and Ping Pong tables. Highly recommend!
