On Sunday 12/16/24 around 4:30pm I called this store about a store inclusive Stardew valley controller case I was looking for. Not only was the guy who answered it so nice and patient (during the holidays on a weekend!) he was able to tell me if the item was available or not. He asked for my name and put aside the product without me even asking! I live in Dallas so I had my sister pick it up no problem and she said the guy was super nice. What a nice gentleman I really wish I got his name cause I cannot praise him enough for his customer service.

After walking the mall with my Service Animal for about an hour and going into multiple stores without any issues, this store was the ONLY store an employee walked up and said 'Ma'am you are not allowed to have a pet in the store or mall.' I informed him that 'sir she's a service animal and she is allowed in the store & mall, and you're not legally allowed to tell me anything when she has a label and she hasn't made a darn noise. But, no problem we're going to leave without purchasing anything!'

I was about to purchase a game until the person getting rung out in front of me was asked 4 times about up sells.

I decided to leave and buy the game elsewhere when I heard the cashier say “and we’re going to go ahead and add the protection plan just in case it gets damaged”. You could tell the lady was incredibly annoyed but spoke up and made him remove it.

I get up selling is part of the job but to try and be sly and add something on that wasn’t asked for or approved is borderline criminal and I won’t support a business that does that.

Very rude and disrespectful! Pablito and Baux, both need some customer service skills. They need to improve their customer service skills for sure. I came here to exchange since game was not working and they wanted to see my receipt and I was like you cannot pull up in your system? Both looked confused and annoyed. Pablito was like regardless of that I need to see actual receipt and I cannot pull up from my system since you bought this game from different store. I called other store and I spoke to Christian and he was like oh no they can pull it up your receipt easily. Still both were like no we cannot I had to put him on speaker phone and he guided these 2 stupid and arrogant kids and they were able to pull up my receipt. No apology or anything just attitude. No business for you guys for sure.

my 8 years old son picked a ps5 game for his birthday, disc was damaged not working, they refused to return or exchange it 2 days after purchase, I agree with others about the customer service, The manager was very RUDE he thinks he owns the mall lol, but I moved on, didn’t want to make a big deal in front of my kids and just disputed the charge, If you don’t like your job find another one, Otherwise change your attitude, smile while helping your customers and keep your attitude to your boss at home if you can ?
